Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days.

Courier Services: We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.

Costs: Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

🌍 Where we ship

UK: Royal Mail / Evri tracked. Dispatch in 24–48h. Delivery 2–5 working days.

Europe: Tracked post. 5–10 working days.

Rest of World: 7–14 working days.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delays
Couriers can experience delays during peak periods or severe weather. If your parcel is late by 5+ working days past the window above, email TechEssentials117@outlook.com and we’ll chase it for you.

Wrong / damaged items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can replace or refund promptly.
